TRUST COURSE:

The TRUST course consists of modules selected for the needs of the particular workplace and the individual modules are modified to reflect issues in the workplace, including those listed below.

  • ≻   Management and the Law: The Basics!(1-day class using legal case studies to understand dysfunctional
        workplace relationships and the skills necessary to create positive, trusting relationships)
  • ≻   Harassment Prevention for Managers & Supervisors (½-day class)
  • ≻   Advanced Skills in EEO for Managers & Supervisors (1-day class)
  • ≻   Interviewing Skills for Selecting Officials (1-day class)
  • ≻   Diversity Awareness (1-day class)
  • ≻   Managing A Diverse Workforce (1-day class)
  • ≻   Affirmative Action (1-day class for HR professionals responsible for developing and maintaining the AAP;
        module for managers and supervisors to understand their role in AAP)
  • ≻   Managing Conflict in the Workplace to Build Effective Workplace Relationships (1-day class)
  • ≻   Skills for Creating Trusting Relationships in the Workplace (1-day class)
  • ≻   The Supervisor as Coach & Mentor (1-day class)
