Affirmative Action

Teaching “TRUST” in Affirmative Action Training

In too many workplaces, many supervisors and managers do not understand how affirmative action works and what it means. As a result, they often do and say things that damage trust and sow misunderstanding in the workplace, and often promote unnecessary litigation for the employer. Our training is designed to dispel the myths and misunderstandings around affirmative action and to provide managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively and properly implement affirmative action.
